Do I get a payslip?

Yes once payment has been made we will issue the contractor’s payslips.

Does AMUK have a dispensation with the HMRC so I don’t have to provide receipts?

AMUK has a new and market leading dispensation agreed with the Revenue & Customs, for a range of expenses, which means that we do not need receipts for these and are not required to withhold tax from expenses reimbursed .

Will I be totally compliant with IR35 Requirements

Yes, here at AMUK all contractors comply with Revenue & Customs legislation.

How long will it take for me to join AMUK?

Once we have your personal details and contract from your agency you are on board, its as easy as that.

Will I get maternity pay?

Yes, as an employee of AMUK we will pay you statutory maternity pay as required by law.

Will I get sick pay?

Yes, as an employee of AMUK we will pay you statutory sick pay as required by law.

Will I get holiday pay?

You do get holiday payment but we do not with hold this from you until you take your holiday, but pay it monthly as we believe you should be able to save and earn interest on this yourself in order to enjoy those few extra pennies when you decide to take your holiday.

What if I’m not working and do not have a contract?

Then you pay us nothing, you remain dormant with us until you secure your next contract, when a new schedule is issued.

Is there a joining leaving fee?

No there is no joining fee and we believe our service will prove to be the reason you wish to stay with us long term, however if you decide to leave then there is no penalties incurred and we will issue you with a P45 at no extra cost.
