Are you an established company?

AMUK is part of the Albany Group which has been in operation for over 25 years, dealing with over a thousand agencies and end user clients globally.

Do you offer a composite solution?

No. This is where a contractor is a shareholder employee. They are at risk in reality of being caught by IR35 when they deem to be outside IR35 and actually are not. This is an area the Revenue & Customs are focusing on quite heavily at the moment and we would advise anyone taking this route to be very aware of the risks.

Are You IR35 Compliant?

In a word YES. We comply with Revenue & Customs legislation. All tax and National Insurance are paid on a PAYE basis.

Can we rely on your payroll system?

100%. With a full accounts team dedicated to the payroll system it is tried and tested as a fast but more importantly efficient procedure.

How long does it take to take on a contractor?

Once we have your confirmation email or contract we will liaise with your contractor and they will be up and running almost immediately.
